​01 Co-creation​
Conducted open-ended interviews with Blood Center marketing teams to get initial input about their needs and current practices.

​02 Strategy
Facilitated a workshop with the client to understand whether to take a product vs. service approach.

​03 Prototyping
Created a physical and digital prototype of the concept to convey the concept in a more developed way.

​04 Testing
Ran remote interviews with a number of young people, to get feedback for further concept development.
